INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION:

From 2026 onwards, the RAILWAY AWARD will be organised in cooperation between BAHNVERBAND e.V. and RAILWAY ASSOCIATION e.V.

BAHNVERBAND will be the point of contact for the RAILWAY AWARD and will coordinate the nomination process for companies based in Germany, Austria or Switzerland.

The RAILWAY ASSOCIATION will be responsible for research clusters and companies  from one of the 38 member countries of the OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) and some other countries.

The technical part of the verification process will be organised by Technik-Netzwerk Deutschland  (an initiative of Haus der Verbände Servicegesellschaft mbH).

The RAILWAY AWARD ceremony will take place during InnoTrans in Berlin in September 2026.
